Impaired Warren woman found with toddlers in car, police say
A 24-year-old Wick Street Southeast woman is charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired and two counts of child endangering after police found her passed out in her car at the Pit Stop gas station, 1708 Youngstown Road Southeast, early Thursday.
