Free seminar on managing diabetes Monday in Canfield

CANFIELD

The Steel Valley Triathlon Club hosts a free seminar for the public called “Managing Diabetes with Exercise and Nutrition” from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in the Canfield High School cafeteria, 100 Cardinal Drive.

The seminar will feature speakers Scott Craven, a Type-1 diabetic and president of the Insulindendence organization, and Elaine Pearce of St. Elizabeth Health Center Diabetes Education Department.
