Warren police seeking ID of young man hit by car
City police are asking for the public’s help as they seek to identify a young man who was seriously hurt and hospitalized at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown after a car hit him at 12:30 a.m. Saturday on Riverview Street Northwest, between Niblock and Tod avenues.
