Youngstown man innocent of sex with minor

YOUNGSTOWN

A Mahoning County Common Pleas Court jury has acquitted a 24-year-old South Meridian Road man of two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Matthew B. Alexander was found innocent of the fourth-degree felony counts Thursday, after a trial over which Judge James C. Evans presided.

The alleged offenses occurred Oct. 14, 2010, and the alleged victim was 14 at that time.
