Fire destroys Babcock in Hubbard, but not rekindling, chief says

An early Saturday morning fire that destroyed a building at Babcock Lumber, 6472 Mount Everett Road, S.E., was separate from a Friday fire at the same building, and not a rekindling of Friday’s blaze, according to Ron Stanish, chief of the Eagle Joint Fire District.
