Driver draws weapons, alcohol charges in Boardman
Markus A. Dawson, 26, of Youngstown, was arrested at about 3 a.m. Wednesday near the area of Market Street and Midlothian Boulevard and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, using weapons while intoxicated, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving under suspension.
