Having the SPM go belly up is a very bad thing. Bad things will happen.
If the SPM goes belly up, it may take a decade before it could be torn down and to clean that real estate.
It is fiscally better to work with them than other alternatives.
If interested, go on Youtube and watch videos of abandoned and closed malls and what has happened to the communities. The only solution to a closed mall is enormously expensive and very time consuming.
Gilliam and Tarpley seemingly hinder Youngstown from moving forward on many issues and using the race card will not attract businesses and jobs to our community.
Replace Gilliam and Tarpley with Ernie and Bert and council will finally be able to move forward for everyone.

The Austintown Zoning Department has quite a bit of explaining to do.
The Western Reserve Port Authority has quite a bit of explaining to do.
The reason to suppress jobs in our area demands a complete and thorough explanation. Playing politics isn't going to cut it.
