I say we need laws on the books to catapult the loiterers off the sidewalks and out of our merchants doorways so taxpaying citizens and customers can freely and safely shop in our downtown community- AND safely park their vehicles.
Where are the attorneys whom can word such laws? What language are other communities using successfully?

I wish I would hear more about the I.R.S. coming in and investigating income tax fraud when the police fond and confiscate money.

Also, I wonder if she was the victim of abuse and her cries for help were ignored by folks whom were in a position to help her, including the police.
