I am willing to state that this woman through no fault of her own stupidly yet purposefully left her vehicle unlocked via the false perception of areas in Boardman are safe from criminal activity.
Now she has paid $300, or her husband will pay $300, to have learned a life lesson personable to her.
I would have liked to have heard the comments of the Boardman police officers taking the theft report when they spoke in whispers behind her back. I might pay to hear that.
Why are the (road) signs around Youngstown STILL displaying Pavlik's name? He has completely and totally RUINED his family's name. Name of PAVLIK equals descriptive word LOSERS.
