YAVORCIK TRIAL | Jurors break for lunch as Day 2 deliberations continue


CLEVELAND — Jurors in the Martin Yavorcik corruption/conspiracy trial are breaking for lunch after deliberating today for about two hours and 45 minutes today.

Jurors met Thursday for about five hours during the first day of deliberations.

The jury has asked at least two questions of the judge, but she has not shared them with the public.

Yavorcik, a failed 2008 independent candidate for Mahoning County prosecutor, faces 10 felonies.
