Getting tired of paying for services that are not being delivered, especially in view that an innocent individual was almost struck. Now why should Y.S.U. officers get a raise next contract?
It just dawned on me- Here is something that Judge Theresa Dellick may have had zero involvement with regards to the many mistakes of this incident. WOW!!!

The way I see it Campbell police placed citizens lives in danger, but of course there will not be an investigation.

McNally really didn't do anything wrong. It seems to me his charges were quite a bit highlighted to create a stir amongst the others. Also, practically all charges against McNally were dropped. Additionally, why else would McNally get an easy sentence comparatively?
I think McNally has been a great Mayor for our town. Certainly he has represented the taxpayers better than The Vindicator, Youngstown City Council, and County Commissioner Carol Rimedio-Righetti.
I say give McNally a chance.

Plead not guilty? AND an attorney accepted to represent him. I still haven't seen it all, but why am I a bit surprised he plead not guilty... It's on film!
His intent WAS to enter a restricted area and his intent to harm was ceased in action. Next case.
