Police are not allowed to touch gangsters violence because god wants violence-

The 6 or more Campbell police cars should have had him, especially if they utilized the P.I.T. maneuver, so WHY didn't they? Scared? Real life training? Justify budgets?
The way I see it Campbell police placed citizens lives in danger, but of course there will not be an investigation.
Youngstown police fired upon by criminal man, but no hits on the criminal man from Y.P.D.??!!!
Good god man they are killing unarmed kids in Cleveland and you police can't do your jobs here?!
