Coach: Jim Vivo
After a 1-9 season, Chaney has turned the program over to alumnus Jim Vivo, who will begin his sixth season as a varsity head coach. Vivo guided the 2000 Ursuline team to a Division IV state championship. He also coached at Lowellville from 1997-98. Vivo and his staff will have their hands full as the Cowboys have just eight lettermen and play a rugged schedule. Vivo says the Cowboys’ strengths are their speed, work ethic and players at the skill positions. Their weaknesses are lack of depth and inexperience.
Quote:
"Our strengths will be our skill positions, speed and work ethic. Our challenges include our depth and lack of experience."
