This sentence is a disgrace to the Welsh family...Yoder should be thankful she got off so easily, although a civil lawsuit may follow for wrongful death.
Should have committed suicide and saved the taxpayers a lengthy and expensive trial as well as incarceration for the rest of his life...or will it be the death penalty and keep him alive for 20 years through the appeals process?
This is a good thing for Youngstown, preserving history for the future. I really like all the negative comments, it indicates the lack of understanding concerning privately funded projects.
