Oakhill defendant Yavorcik seeks OK to defend himself

Well, the prosecutors must have a water tight case to prosecute McNally, Yavorcik, and Sciortino. I can see where these three can state they fought for the taxpayers when comparing Garland Plaza, to the former Forum Health Southside Medical Center (owned by the county).

Do you view spending taxpayer dollars as a short term or a long term investment? Most data being 6 of 1 and half a dozen of the other, perception enters into the equation.

I believe the 'Oakhill Defendants' have a true opportunity to become vindicated.
