Jimma McWilson, chairman of the group’s education committee, renewed that request at Tuesday’s regular school board meeting.
“This did not just happen,” he said.
If students had the books they need for class and had teachers and students not been frustrated with each other, McWilson said he doesn’t think the fighting would have happened.
He was also critical of the police response.
“These were military archetype at East today,” McWilson said. “You need to think about what’s happening.”
-Ok, so fighting is because todays technology conscious student does NOT have books? It has nothing to do with their low intelligence and maturity levels? If I don't have a book, should I fight someone as well and will I be able to get away with it if I state am stupid and immature?
And the police response? Sure mace may affect others in a crowd and that is why I am now suggesting the police use TASER weapons. Shocking suggestion, yes?
Arrest these adult youths and introduce them to the prison system.
The NAACP I am absolutely and totally convinced does not care and after seemingly unlimited opportunities to make a difference the NAACP has continually failed to display any concern over this and similar situations.

What were the groups of youths doing and saying that the man felt he needed defense? We may never know since the vindicator once again drops the reporting ball.
Why should I fight the crowds to see Kasich? Spread Eagle Tavern is very small so I need to be concerned about entitlement minded folks let alone where am I suppose to park?
Thanks narrow minded Kasich and planners for giving the people whom are undecided a tiny, tiny space to see a candidate, but if Kasich doesn't have the budget and is accepting donation space only then why consider Kasich?
Not hating just frustrated as how can I attend an event where space is so tiny and the crowds large?
There will never be consistency nor intelligent thought at this rag paper until mrs vindy and the out of touch staff are put out and new minds come in.
