They were recorded after the 1980 general election by Charles Carabbia at his mother’s home in Struthers. Sam Traficant an aide in the sheriff’s campaign, and Andy Chapella, a former Struthers council president, were present at both meetings; accountant Joseph Fortine Sr. attended part of the second.
