Joe Cassesse, general manager of the Mahoning Valley Restaurant, better known as the MVR, serves an order of Tressel Tortellini, one of the eatery’s favorite dishes named after YSU president and former head football coach Jim Tressel. Cassesse, a YSU alumnus and lifelong supporter, said come fall, patrons will also see a Pelini pasta on his menu.
