Ursuline sophomores write books about 3rd-grade pen pals
Ursuline sophomores have been corresponding with third-graders in area parochial schools in a pen-pal program that culminated Thursday as they met and shared various activities, including stories written by the older students about their younger pen pals.
Students from NEO test their environmental knowledge
A group of students competing in the Envirothon, an annual academic, outdoor environmental competition, head to the aquatics area at Mill Creek Metroparks Farm in Canfield. About 255 students from across Northeast Ohio competed in this year's event.

President Obama signs Chaney students’ book
Last year’s sixth-graders from Chaney’s Visual and Performing Arts program are pictured on the back cover of the book, “A Walk in the Garden,” they helped develop along with a professional author and illustrator. A copy of the book was signed by President Barack Obama, who signed it last fall and sent it back to the school.
