The Eagles are coming off a 7-3 season and a 28-7 Division VI playoff loss to Mogadore. Coach Napolet has 17 lettermen returning, including seven players with two. Junior running back James Coates is coming off a season where he gained 1,015 all-purpose yards including 639 rushing. Wide receiver Carl Broadbent had 597 all-purpose yards and was the leading receiver with 20 catches. Senior Anthony Rossi had 14 receptions for 126 yards. Defensive starters returning include lineman Evan McBride and linebacker Anthony Marshall.

QUOTE
One of our concerns is finding a quarterback. The candidates include seniors Bryce Baker and Carl Broadbent, junior Zack Nichols and sophomores John Hilty and Dominic Naples. There will be a lot of competition at the skill positions.”
