Coach: Mike Kopachy
After a terrific six-year run at Western Reserve, where he led the Blue Devils to two playoff apperances and a league crown, Kopachy gets another big challenge with Salem. The Quakers return 13 lettermen from last year's 0-10 season, including QB Trent Toothman, and will benefit from having Ben Eisel back at WR/DB after missing much of last year with an injury. Eisel and Zach Pennick won a state track title in the 4x200 relay last June. Salem has six starters returning on both sides of the ball so the immediate goal is to get a couple wins. The long-term goal is to develop the type of program that can consistently contend in the White Tier of the AAC.
