Coach: Mike Palumbo

With six starters back on both sides of the ball — and eight lettermen on each side — the Rockets return a solid core from last year's 2-8 team. The biggest question mark is the offensive line, where Lowellville doesn't have much size or experience. Seniors Pat Collins and Ryan Whinery return in the backfield and there are plenty of younger players looking to break into the lineup. Defensively, the Rockets lost first team All-ITCL defenders Joe DePasquale (DB) and John Vasilcheck (LB) but Palumbo expects Lowellville to be strong on the defensive line and in the secondary. On paper, it looks like another rebuilding year, but if the Rockets can stay healthy, they should be competitive.
