Coach: Jeff Whittaker
Liberty lost a pair of Michigan recruits to graduation in WR/DB Isaiah Bell and RB Fitzgerald Toussaint (a 2,000-yard rusher) and a strong core of seniors, so replacing them won't be easy. But the Leopards return 12 lettermen, including nine starters, and should be in the mix for a league crown and a playoff berth. Senior FB/LB Antonio Kinard, another Michigan recruit, will get the most attention but players like Brandon Martin, Nico Minniti and Robert Smith-Harris will look to anchor the Leopards' running attack. Liberty has good speed and has some experience up front but it will be young and inexperienced, so the younger players will need to grow up quickly.
