Team Roster 2010
Coach: Mickey Sikora
Mickey Sikora has his first head coaching job after 25 years assisting at Struthers, Youngstown South, Hubbard and Campbell. With 16 lettermen returning from a 7-4 playoff team, the Red Devils will run pro/ace formations on offense and multiple 40 on defense. He has six starters returning on each side of the ball. Sikora says the kicking game and experience at skill positions will be team strengths. Leading the team will be quarterback Lester Hughes who earned second-team All-NEO in 2009 after passing for 1,500 yards and throwing 10 touchdown passes. He also scored four on the ground. Wide receiver Richard Bledsoe made 46 catches for 725 yards and five scores. Skevo Zembellis had 32 receptions for 639 yards and three scores. Middle linebacker John Sikora anchors the defense, having made more than 100 tackles in earning All-Ohio honors. Dennis Williams will anchor the defensive line. He was the team’s second-leading tackler in 2009 and made 88 hits.
