Coach: Phil Annarella
Fitch enters the third year of Annarella's tenure with high expectations. The Falcons return 14 lettermen, including nine starters, with the biggest spotlight on senior QB Jon Ballard, a Division I prospect with loads of ability. Ballard is entering his third year as a starter and will be expected to make plays and show more consistency than his previous two seasons. After starting last year 3-0, Fitch lost five of six Federal League games last season before a big season-ending win over Boardman. The Falcons can again start 3-0, but need to play better week-to-week if they want to take that next step and compete for a league title or a playoff berth.
