There is no limit on how many people Vallourec, a global manufacturing company with a steel pipe mill here in the Valley, could hire right now, said Chris Allen, the company’s talent acquisition manager for North America. “We don’t have enough [workers] and we won’t have enough,” Allen said. “Our [hiring] number is infinite right now.”
