Youngstown Thunder af2 football team folds

I can't say it is a surprise. This thing was destined to fail with the ticket prices the way they were. It is not the owners fault, they had no choice but to charge those high prices to just come close to breaking even.

Perhaps one day we will see AF2 ball return to Youngstown.

YSU enrollment up 970 over last year

Great News. I still don't understand how these enrollment numbers work.

Two weeks back they said an increase of 1,002 to 14,425. Now this week it is an increase of 970 to 14,682.

I take the first number was for the first day and the second number was the -official- number two weeks later.
