We can debate the topic all day long about the dismal state of schools and its horribly low preparedness rate for college - however, let's place the blame squarely where it belongs, and that is on the parents. The parents of my generation made sure my homework was complete and correct every night before I went to bed....these days, parents are not as diligent...it's a fact!
