We can speculate how to solve the decay of our society: more police, more prison time, etc. But it has been proven that prison is not a deterrent that will end this mindless violence.

Aubrey Toney, on the other hand,has been charged several times with possession of drugs, trafficking in marijuana and trafficking in cocaine.
Hmmm, now the sister/daughter, Audrey Toney, claims the charges against her family are a mistake. Makes me wonder how ignorant some people really are.
Maybe father & son can spend their time in the same prison and plan some more heinous crimes.
