The people posting positive comments here apparently have not lived or worked in downtown...

I have done both and can tell you that unless you are a student, the viability of living downtown on a long-term basis is bleak at best.

@Lifes2Short...true, but think of all the people we would be encouraging to use drugs...similar to the alcohol and cigarette industries...a nation of junkies, but using marijuana, cocaine, and heroin.

The U.S. would be down the tubes in no time...maybe we are already there?
