Sounds like the Citys Board of Control gave a sweetheart deal, a potentially illegal sweetheart deal to a friend as a payback.
Sounds like a great plan. We need to provide for our future and right now that includes downsizing to hopefully rebuild in the future. Not a big speech here except to state, vote yes on this council.

Great article and Meacham is doing the job that should have been done a long, long time ago. I don't believe corruption is political party affiliated, but with the Democrats unbalanced power and history of corruption, what else can the voters in this area expect?
