I noticed that from the 2015 xmas party and also the 'discrepancies' from an event where philips punched a younger boy in the face whom allegedly was dating or friends with his step daughter and allegedly pushed his wife.
And philips and his wife' discrepancies in court about not reporting all the details/facts?
The campbell mayor punch a younger boy in the face?
Does the former police officer, a cops cop, and now campbell mayor have something to prove?
