Union members have been kissing the ass of companies that threaten their jobs while the union leaders are bowing into the requests of companies in droves.
New union hires and those within years of retirement are professionals at becoming company turncoats.
Companies are turning union members into narcs, rats, informants, whatever you wish to call these p.o.s. vermin to spy on and report the activities of fellow union members.
Local union stewards all through the ranks up to secretary-treasurer have their hand out in addition to allowing the termination of 'sacrificial lambs' buying another month, or week, or even a day for union survival for any local union across the nation.
And I won't even touch upon the 'Right To Work' playbook. Lets leave that for another time when we have red wine and condoms,
EVERY union in the usa is not under attack as the attack is over now. The unions are in the dismantle stages and this started just over 10 years ago. Having hope for any union pension, save for the postal pension, is for fools. It should be openly stated that not one union leader in Mahoning County Ohio has a ***damned clue what they are doing nor how to maintain what they have let alone reverse any damage.
Companies now can be hired to do government work without being union so long they pay competitive compensation in line with unions.
You want to feel good about any unions demise and get that suffocating world off your shoulders? Accept the death of unions with hot apple pie and french vanilla ice cream and then emotionally move on with your $142.00 pension for peasants life.
Throughout this article the ONLY individual making any sense is Mahoning County Republican Party Chairman Mark Munroe.
Why don't people whom deal with the public excel at public speaking and or make communicative sense of their thoughts?
