How dare you preach ill of the many in our community whom work hard at their job, many times working 2 and 3 jobs any of which may be indeed at a doughnut shop and you make the comment you made. You have the nerve to ask the man you are sentencing before you if he is being smirky with you, but you seemingly with joy urinate in the faces of those hard working members of our society working hard to raise their children or to pay for an education,... where?... in what you see as a worthless societal career existence. How dare you. You are certainly a disgusting person.
The man is before you for sentencing, but instead of treating him with the dignity that any mature and responsible judge would present, you treat the entire affair as if you are delusionally channeling Judge Lance Ito of OJ Simpson fame, making sure the public relations network understands that his particular sentence is to send everyone a message and on and so forth.
Think about that. Take a fresh view of that delusional thought process made into verbal sentencing statements.
You would have been better off with " ...Sciortino you are pathetic, but it certainly can be difficult not getting into bed with a certain alleged criminal family hell bent on bending hell into the politicians of the community." Then perhaps our community and elected officials using computers could see the light at the end of the tunnel. Not a 'wannabe' elitist judge ignorantly defining hard working people of the community and a judge totally out of touch with professional standards whom ridiculously believes she is the shining light.
