I ask the question - HOW DOES ONE TAKE A CUT IN PAY OF $177,000.00? I MEAN THAT IS A LEAN AND MEAN SALARY - NO FAT TO CUT?!

This Kasich fellow is moving too fast.
I bought a large tub of popcorn, snuck my soda and chocolate snacks into the theater and here I find out that the Kasich show is only 15 minutes long!
Why doesn't he stretch his agenda out for a few years and not "shock and awe" all of us when Kasich is coming outta the gate.
What am I suppossed to do with all my movie popcorn?

Youngstown’s future is bleak

Kevin Salata has very publicly stated he wants to lessen council wards and council positions.
Additionally, Salata stated he would donate 10 percent of his council salary to help senior citizens and victims of crime.
And there's more.
Kevin Salata made these statements to the media and I heard he said the same at meetings.
I hope for our citys' sake Salata wins and for Kevin Salatas' sake that he isn't another blowhard politician just talking to talk.
I'm out of Kevin Salatas' ward, but I hope his ward voters are hearing him.
I sure wish him success.
