Col. James D. Dignan, U.S. Air Force Reserve, was the guest speaker during a recent meeting of the Mahoning and Shenango Valleys Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America. Col. Dignan, right, Commander of the 910th Airlift Wing at Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Vienna, was presented with a flag set from Lt. Col. Gary Williams, U.S. Army, retired, second vice president and membership chairman of the MSVC-MOAA. The flags are the U.S. flag and the state flags of Pennsylvania and Ohio. Col. Dignan assumed command of the base March 2. For information or to make reservations for dinner meetings usually on the fourth Thursday monthly, call CWO3 Don Oglesby at 330-568-4456.
