SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Col. James D. Dignan, U.S. Air Force Reserve, was the guest speaker during a recent meeting of the Mahoning and Shenango Valleys Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America. Col. Dignan, right, Commander of the 910th Airlift Wing at Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Vienna, was presented with a flag set from Lt. Col. Gary Williams, U.S. Army, retired, second vice president and membership chairman of the MSVC-MOAA. The flags are the U.S. flag and the state flags of Pennsylvania and Ohio. Col.
