The Gallagher Building on the corner of Commerce and Hazel streets in downtown Youngstown has been purchased by a Austintown native Ryan Sheridan, a developer who plans to transform it into a restaurant on the first floor and living space on the other three floors. The building was previously the long-time home of Cedar's, a dance bar and restaurant that moved to the West Side in 2013.
