AUSTINTOWN
Camryn Constance made only one shot in the Falcons’ victory over the Raiders, but she made it at just the right time. Constance drilled a 3-pointer with 1:01 to play for the winning points as Fitch edged Harding. The game was tied at 37 with 3:38 to play, but the Raiders’ Diamond Phillips made one of two foul shots to give Harding its first lead, 38-37. About a minute later, Fitch’s Sabria Hunter split two free throws to tie it at 38. Harding’s Chiparis Alexander then made a basket to give the Raiders a 40-38. That set the stage for Constance’s game-winning shot. Hunter led Fitch with 18 points and Gina DiFrancesco added 12. Brayleonna Woods led Harding with 11 points and Phillips had 10.
