Austintown Fitch 41, Warren Harding 40

AUSTINTOWN

Camryn Constance made only one shot in the Falcons’ victory over the Raiders, but she made it at just the right time. Constance drilled a 3-pointer with 1:01 to play for the winning points as Fitch edged Harding. The game was tied at 37 with 3:38 to play, but the Raiders’ Diamond Phillips made one of two foul shots to give Harding its first lead, 38-37. About a minute later, Fitch’s Sabria Hunter split two free throws to tie it at 38. Harding’s Chiparis Alexander then made a basket to give the Raiders a 40-38. That set the stage for Constance’s game-winning shot. Hunter led Fitch with 18 points and Gina DiFrancesco added 12. Brayleonna Woods led Harding with 11 points and Phillips had 10.

Bailey Drapola’s 30 points include six 3-pointers. Also scoring in double figures for the Warriors were Marlaina Marek and Rebecca Litz with 12 points each, and Tori Sheehan with 11. For the Red Devils, Selena Lopez led with 16 points.

Mackenzie Maze scored 28 points, Alex Ochman had 16 and Gabby Hartzell added 12 as the Tigers (13-4, 7-2 All-American Conference Red) rolled over the Bulldogs (7-10, 3-6). Annie Pavlansky led Lakeview with 26 points and 10 rebounds.

Emma Dillinger scored 13 points to lead the Red Dragons. For the Eagles, Madison Casey was the top scorer with nine points.

Dayshanette Harris and Cara McNally combined for 41 points as the Irish beat the Golden Bears. Harris scored 21 points and McNally had 20, including five 3-pointers. Lindsay Bell (11 points, 10 rebounds) and Anyah Curd (10 points, 11 rebounds) each had a double-double for Ursuline. Kiy’ara Collins led East with eight points.

Imane Snyder powered the Eagles (9-5, 6-1 Portage Trail Conference) with 24 points. Kristen Gill and Taylor Jones each scored 16 points.

NORTH JACKSON

The Blue Jays stayed perfect with a one-sided victory over the visiting Rockets. Emily Williams made four 3-pointers and nearly matched Lowellville herself with 24 points. Michaelina Terranova added 23 points and eight steals and Ashley Cameron had a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds. Maddie Warren just missed a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds for the Rockets.
