MASSILLON
Mario Graziani carried 32 times for 125 yards and a TD and Koby Adu-Poku added a 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown midway through the third quarter after the Polar Bears had tied the game at 10.
Adam Deeley made field goals of 25 and 28 yards for the Spartans (1-2), who recovred two fumbles, intercepted a pass and did not commit a turnover. JR Ryan completed 4 of 6 passes for 57 yards, including three to Alex Duda for 53 yards.
For Jackson (1-2), Jake Pallotta completed 18 of 34 passes for 221 yards and a TD.
Poland 27, Jefferson 6
JEFFERSON
Dylan Garver rushed 25 times for 136 yards and three TDs to lead Poland, which jumped out to a 24-0 halftime lead. Anthony Audi added 54 yards on three carries and Kolt McFadden made a pair of field goals for the Bulldogs (3-0).
Knight ran 17 times for 100 yards for Jefferson (2-1).
Canfield 25, Kenston 7
CHAGRIN FALLS
Jake Cummings rushed 15 times for 99 yards and a TD and also threw for 57 yards to lead Canfield (2-1).
Jared Clark ran for 93 yards and Kato Kim added a 6-yard TD in the win. Ryan Teminsky made four field goals.
James Thigpen ran for a 2-yard TD for Kenston (2-1).
Hoban 27, Ursuline 0
YOUNGSTOWN
Jared Fabry completed five passes to Ty Spinks, Daylen Harris, and Anise Algahmee for 86 yards for Ursuline.
Todd Sibley rushed 36 times for 199 yards for Hoban, and Danny Clark completed eight passes for 120 yards.
Hubbard 33, Ashtabula Edgewood 7
ASHTABULA
Brandon Rios carried 17 times for 163 yards and two touchdowns and Hubbard (3-0) outscored Edgewood 19-7 in the fourth quarter to pull away.
George Hill added 108 yards on 12 carries with a TD and Tyreek Daniels had a 17-yard TD run to close out the scoring. Cam Ingram completed 2 of 7 passes for 38 yards, both to Brett Lopuchovsky, including a 29-yard TD pass to open the scoring.
Marcus Ernst caught a 37-yard TD pass from Alex Wisnyal for Edgewood (0-3).
Campbell 27, Pymatuning Valley 6
CAMPBELL
Darian Jones rushed 15 times for 119 yards and two touchdowns and Yanni Koullias added 14 carries for 99 yards for the Red Devils (1-2).
Jones also threw for 55 yards and and Zion Williams hit Brandon Liggens for a 63-yard touchdown.
LaBrae 21, Lakeview 7
LEAVITTSBURG
Keevon Harris caught two passes for two of LaBrae’s TDs, assisted by Tariq Drake who caught a 91-yard TD pass from Carlton Brown (who completed six passes for 175 yards.)
Angelo Marino rushed 21 times for 40 yards and completed 12 passes for 164 yards, scoring Lakeview’s only touchdown of the night.
Brookfield 42, Berkshire 7
BURTON
Brookfield’s Augustus Necastro completed 10 passes for 210 yards and rushed 15 times for 125 yards to lead Brookfield (2-1).
Brookfield’s Alex Clark also carried 13 times for 102 yards and a TD and Kasey Tingler caught four passes for 36 yards.
Garfield 27, Champion 14
AKRON
Noah Bayus caught a 90-yard pass from Brandon Allen in the second quarter, and Nate Stahlman rushed for a 1-yard TD for the Golden Flashes.
Nate Emens, Dalton Michael, and Austin Covey caught passes from Dalton Fall for TDs, and Michael also ran 1 yard for a TD.
Jackson-Milton 26, Windham 14
WINDHAM
Joey Burnside carried 26 times for 102 yards and two touchdowns and Mike Assion carried nine times for 58 yards and a TD to lead Jackson-Milton, which led 20-0 at the end of the first quarter.
Assion also threw for 139 yards and a 7-yard TD to Johnathan Voland for the Bluejays (3-0).
Brady Russell carried 25 times for 152 yards and two TDs for Windham (2-1).
Crestview 49, Alliance 28
COLUMBIANA
Zach Hicks rushed 25 times for 215 yards and four TDs to lead Crestview (3-0), which rolled up 450 yards on the ground.
Hicks also caught three passes for 41 yards and another TD, while Tyler Stratton rushed 13 times for 89 yards and a TD and Brandon Sherrill had a 59-yard touchdown run. Spencer DeSalvo threw for 55 yards and a TD.
For Alliance (0-3), Duce Johnson rushed eight tiems for 180 yards and two TDs.
Columbiana 28, East Palestine 23
EAST PALESTINE
Mitch Davison rushed 20 times for 132 yards and four TDs, including the final two in the fourth quarter, to rally Columbiana (2-1) from a 23-12 deficit.
Davidson also completed 13 of 18 passes for 243 yards, including six to Dylan Davin for 112 yards.
For EP (1-2), Josh Pickett rushed 32 times for 247 yard and two TDs and Parker Sherry rushed for a 1-yard TD.
Cuyahoga Heights 31, Springfield 0
CUYAHOGA HEIGHTS
Frank Centofanti carried seven times for 48 yards and Graham Mincher threw for 19 yards to lead Springfield (2-1).
Jordan Martin threw for 70 yards and rushed for 40 for Cuyahoga Heights (3-0).
Wellsville 33, Lowellville 0
WELLSVILLE
Andre Sloan, Vinny Giordano and Bradley Cline each ran for touchdowns, Michael Shope had a 40-yard interception return and Branzen Grodhaus caught a touchdown pass from Justin Miller to lead Wellsville (1-2).
Austin Finch had a fumble recovery and Joe Micco had two sacks for the Rockets (0-3). Cole Beatty and Slade Bower each blocked extra points.
Lisbon 40, United 7
HANOVERTON
Josh Liberati and Jason Thompson rushed for 278 of the team’s 393 yards for the Blue Devils (3-0) and Jared White caught four passes for 42 yards.
Colton Graham completed a 23-yard TD pass to Jake Clark for United (1-2).
Mineral Ridge 45, Newton Falls 26
MINERAL RIDGE
Tait Rummell rushed 23 times for 315 yards and five touchdowns, including the final three in the fourth quarter for the Rams (1-2).
Dimetrius Lopez added 82 yards on 13 carries and Devin Ritchie had a pair of 1-yard touchdown runs as Ridge ran for 486 yards.
Josh Walters threw for 296 yards and two TDs for the Tigers (0-3).
Mathews 30, Southington 0
VIENNA
Bryan Leipply rushed 24 times for 256 yards and two touchdowns and also had a fumble recovery for Mathews (3-0). Daniel Kanter added 14 carries for 103 yards and two TDs as the Mustangs rolled up 417 yards on the ground.
Reuben Childs led Southington (1-2) with 20 carries for 61 yards.
West Branch 28, Southeast 0
RAVENNA
TJ DeShields completed 10 passes for 118 yards and Trae Hillyer carried the ball 16 times for 82 yards for the Warriors.
Hillyer rushed for two touchdowns, accompanied by Rob Lozier and Jeremy Gorby who each caught passes from DeShields for a total of four touchdowns.
Southeast’s Billy Rose carried the ball 15 times for 96 yards, and completed seven passes for 74 yards.
Salem 42, East Liverpool 7
SALEM
Matt Weingart carried the ball three times and threw for 17 yards for four of Salem’s TDs, assisted by Cooper Bezeredi who ran 55 yards for a TD.
East Liverpool scored in the fourth quarter on a 1-yard run by Dillon Reynolds.
