Playing for a league title: “We go out every game playing as hard as we can but knowing we can still get that league [ITCL] title share we’re going to come out a little extra hard this game.”
Passing 2,000 yards: “Honestly, it means so much to me. It means the world to me. The fact that I was able to do it with all my buddies means even more [to me]. It’s not just an individual record so much that it is a team record.”
Beating Springfield: “We need to win that game. Going out as our last game ever in high school, we need to win it.”
His career at South Range: “That’s a tough one. I can’t put a word to it. Fun, great, awesome. I’ve had the best time of my life here. I wouldn’t have want to have done it anywhere else.”
MATT MILLIGAN

Player fact: The cornerback had a 22-yard interception return for a touchdown in the Cardinals’ 58-27 win over Niles. Milligan has five interceptions this season.
Senior Night: “I can’t believe it flew by this fast. I remember being a sophomore and thinking how far away my last game would be and here it is. I’m excited.”
Interception for a touchdown: “Shout out to Luke Chambers who made their quarterback rush to throw the ball. I just read the route correctly and was there at the right time. It’s exciting. No other feeling can replace it.”
Playing Poland: “We talk about this in July when we start. We have a period every day for Poland. This is it. This is the moment we’ve been waiting for all year.”
Experience at Canfield: “I am so glad I played. Sophomore year was tough going against our varsity team but I am glad I stuck through it and played. It was my best decision in high school.”
