Family members and friends attended a dinner at Michael Alberini’s Restaurant in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Edward L. Mayorga of Lowellville, who were celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary.
Hosts were the couple’s children and their spouses: Fred and Cindy Mayorga of Canfield; Linda and Terry Davids of Tempe, Ariz.; and Edward and Kathleen Mayorga of Wilmington, N.C.
The couple also have six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, with another one due in June.
The Mayorgas were married April 19, 1947, at Immaculate Conception Church in Youngstown.
