Black Knights herald new noble officers

The Black Knights Police Association of Youngstown chose new officers to direct the organization for the next two years. The election took place July 21. New officers are, from left to right, seated, Cortland Casey, vice president; Jimmy Hughes, president; and Anita Davis, treasurer.
