The Black Knights Police Association of Youngstown chose new officers to direct the organization for the next two years. The election took place July 21. New officers are, from left to right, seated, Cortland Casey, vice president; Jimmy Hughes, president; and Anita Davis, treasurer. Standing are Delphine Baldwin-Casey, who was appointed public relations officer; and Kim Kitchen, financial secretary. Carolyn Arnold, who was elected secretary, is not pictured.
