Farrell No. 5 in Pa. prep football poll

Unbeaten Farrell (4-0) is ranked No. 5 in this week’s poll of Pennsylvania high school football teams, by the Patriot-News of Harrisburg.
The Steelers are one of three District 10 teams in the Class A poll, as Sharpsville (4-0) is ranked No. 9.
Mercyhurst Prep (4-0) is ranked just ahead of Farrell at No. 4. WPIAL schools Clairton and Rochester are ranked 1-2.
No other District 10 teams are in the poll, but Wilmington is noted as a team to watch in Class AA.
