Ursuline senior Akise Teague rushed 12 times for 201 yards and four touchdowns on Friday as the Irish overwhelmed Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin, 53-14.
Teague also had a receiving touchdown and an interception return for a touchdown. Teague’s 36 points broke Ursuline’s single-game scoring record.
Jesse Curry carried three times for 64 yards for the Irish (5-0), who were ranked first in the Division V Associated Press poll and the Region 17 computer ratings
Paul Kempe completed 5 of 7 passes for 67 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Ursuline piled up 385 yards on the ground.
Alliance 23, West Branch 12
Beloit
A blocked punt for a touchdown and a 30-yard field goal put the game out of reach for the Aviators.
Michael Baker carried eight times for 57 yards and a touchdown for the Aviators (3-2) while quarterback Taurice Scott completed 17 of 31 passes for 203 yards and a touchdown.
Brenden Wells led the Warriors (1-4) with 16 carries for 84 yards and two touchdowns. Scott Muckleroy caught four passes for 53 yards. Troy James was 9 of 27 for 119 yards.
East 34, Warrensville Hts. 14

Devonta Fleetion scored on a 20-yard run as part of his 123 yards as the Panthers (2-3) rolled.
Anthony Carter scored on a 1-yard run after an interception by Todd Mitchell. Kenny Daniels recovered a blocked punt in the end zone to give the Panthers their final touchdown.
Brookfield 30, Newton Falls 9
BROOKFIELD
Quarterback Brandon Mosora ran for a touchdown and connected with Colin Harkulich for a 24-yard scoring toss for the Warriors (2-3). Jeremy Quinlan kicked a 28-yard field goal and returned an interception 20 yards for a touchdown.
For the Tigers (1-4), Anthony Kline scored on a 36-yard run.
Ravenna 41, Southeast 7
Ravenna
Stephen Wilmington scored three touchdowns, two on the ground, to lead the Ravens (3-2, 2-0). Wilmington had a 75-yard run and a 3-yard run for touchdowns. He also caught the only completed pass by Ravenna quarterback Brandon Holt for a 41-yard touchdown. DJ Jones had 289 yards on 22 carries and scored a pair of touchdown.
Sean Stone scored the only touchdown for the Pirates (3-2, 1-1). Stone finished with 61 yards on 18 carries while Tyler Brokaw finished with 63 yards on 19 carries.
Grand Valley 45, Southington 7
SOUTHINGTON
A.J. Henson passed for 188 yards and three touchdowns to lead Grand Valley (5-0, 2-0 East Suburban Conference).
Hunter Romigh ran 23 times for 56 yards for Southington (0-5, 0-2) while Kyle Reynolds had the Wildcats’ score, a 13-yard TD run
Mohawk 49 New Brighton 6
Bessemer, Pa
Mohawk quarterback John Beatty threw three touchdowns and rushed for one. Beatty finished with 182 yards passing.
Receiver Matt Vogel caught the first two touchdown passes.
