Quarterback Carter Hill ran for 136 yards on 25 carries and scored three touchdowns to rally Crestview over United, 30-19, in an Inter Tri-County League game on Friday.
Hill also completed 12 passes on 17 attempts for 127 yards for the Rebels (4-1, 2-0).
Halfway through the third quarter, Hill ran in a 2-yard touchdown, making it a two-score game.
But United QB Josh McLaughlin connected with Ryan Powell on the very next play for a 96-yard touchdown pass, making it 24-19 Crestview.
Powell finished with 7 catches for 185 yards for United (3-2, 1-1).
Hill then answered as time expired in the third with his final touchdown.
McLaughlin finished with 14 completions on 28 attempts for 259 yards and three touchdowns.
Columbiana 39, East Palestine 13
COLUMBIANA
Quarterback Austin Barbato passed for 152 yards and rushed for 100 for the Clippers (3-2, 1-1 ITCL Tier One). Barbato scored on runs of 14, 15 and 41 yards. Nick Roncone also scored touchdowns on runs covering 1 and 3 yards.
For the Bulldogs (1-4, 0-2), Mike Salyers ran 15 times for 116 yards.
Springfield 42, Lisbon 0

Springfield running back Tommy Mastran had 11 carries for 94 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Tigers.
Quarterback Brad Ferraro completed 2 of 2 passes for 16 yards and scored a rushing touchdown, while JT Lavendar and Ed Centafonti added rushing TDs and Joey Ohlin returned a punt 63 yards for Springfield (3-2, 1-1 ITCL Tier One).
Jake Terry carried the ball 16 times for 61 yards for the Blue Devils (1-4, 0-2) and also had 31 yards receiving.
Jackson-Milton 13, Leetonia 6
NORTH JACKSON
Brennan Morrison ran 16 times for 77 yards and a touchdown and John Gherdi had nine carries for 36 yards and a touchdown to lead Jackson-Milton (1-4, 1-1), which held Leetonia scoreless over the final three quarters.
Ian Sevenich carried 15 times for 50 yards and a touchdown for Leetonia (1-4, 0-2), while Devan Miller had 15 carries for 74 yards.
Southern 52, Wellsville 13
SALINEVILLE
Josh Melhorn ran 22 times for 133 yards and two touchdowns for Southern (5-0, 2-0 ITCL Tier Two), while Zac Puckett had 16 carries for 130 yards and two TDs.
Wellsville (1-4, 0-2) had just 23 rushing yards on 24 attempts.
