NEW MIDDLETOWN

Crestview quarterback Carter Hill passed for a school record 349 yards and four touchdowns in Friday’s 47-7 victory over Springfield.

Hill had 302 yards through the air by halftime as the Rebels (3-1, 1-0 Inter Tri-County League Tier One) jumped out to a 34-0 lead. Hill also rushed for 64 yards on eight carries.

Kody Simpson caught four passes for 129 yards and two scores (13 and 81 yards). Adam Coppock caught four passes for 105 yards including a 21-yard score. He also rushed for 127 yards.

Andrew Mayer scored on runs covering 7 and 1 yards.

For the Tigers (2-2, 0-1), Ed Centofanti caught a 24-yard pass from Brad Ferraro.

United 40, Lisbon 14

HANOVERTON

Josh McLaughlin passed for 309 yards and threw four touchdown passes for the Eagles (3-1, 1-0 ITCL).

Garrett Beech’s touchdown covered 57 yards and Ryan Powell’s 69 yards. Powell had six receptions for 125 yards. Brett Ward caught a 10-yard scoring pass and scored on a 1-yard run.

For the Blue Devils (1-3, 0-1), Josh Cook hit Brad Cox with a 5-yard scoring pass for the game’s opening score. Jake Terry scored on a 62-yard run.

Mineral Ridge 48, East Palestine 19

EAST PALESTINE

Dan Skiba scored six touchdowns to lead the Rams (2-2, 1-0 ITCL). He scored on runs of 20, 8 and 57 yards. He also caught scoring passes of 55 and 21 yards from Jesse Garland. Skiba also returned an interception 45 yards.

Mike Keleman rushed 12 times for 120 yards.

McDonald 47, Leetonia 14

LEEtonia

McDonald’s Zach Tura rushed for 192 yards and three touchdowns for the Blue Devils (2-2, 1-0 ITCL). Quarterback Matthias Tayala had a touchdown run and connected with receivers Justin Rota, Jared Reckard and Zach Dzurinda for touchdown passes.

Seth McNally scored twice for Leetonia (1-3, 0-1).

Western Reserve 34, Lowellville 7

LOWELLVILLE

Western Reserve’s Jeff Clegg threw four touchdown passes to lead the Blue Devils (4-0, 1-0 ITCL). Clegg was 11 of 17 for 221 yards.

Clegg connected in the first quarter on a 10-yard pass to Riley Sheptock. Clegg also hit Thomas Benyo on a 24-yard pass for a 14-0 lead.

Clegg threw to John Rosati for a 43-yard touchdown and connected with Ed Newhouse from 16 yards out. Newhouse also had a 49-yard touchdown run.

Lowellville’s (2-2, 0-1) score came on a 7-yard pass to Tony Schialdone from Evan Filip.

Southern 21, Jackson-Milton 3

North jackson

Zack Puckett returned a kickoff 90 yards to lead the Indians (4-0, 1-0 ITCL Tier Two). Josh Melhorn continued Southern’s running attack scoring from 3 yards out.

Puckett carried the ball 14 times for 54 yards while Melhorn finished with 72 yards on 11 carries. Trey Griffith caught one pass, a 12 yard score from Jake Boyle.

Jackson-Milton scored on a Josh Kramer’s 13-yard field goal.

Sebring 18, Wellsville 0

WELLSVILLE

Details of the game were not reported. The Trojans are 3-1, 1-0; the Tigers are 1-3, 0-1.
