Mathews had 347 yards on the ground and scored 14 in all four quarters to get past Southington 56-8.

Wade Prueitt scored three touchdowns on 17 carries for 137 yards for the Mustangs. Prueitt scored both touchdowns in the first quarter, and one in the third. Jimmie Hoffman had 12 carries for 109 yards and two touchdowns for Mathews.

Tyler Hunt was part of the other three touchdowns, rushing for one and connecting with Zach Motts from 17 yards and brother Craig Hunt from 34 yards out.

Northwest quarterback Nick Riley was 23 of 39 for 302 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Indians (3-6). Riley connected with receiver Cory Hoffman and JC Pawlyk both in the second half.

Ronnie Beers rushed 18 times for 122 yards and a touchdown, while Gavin Hutchinson had 8 carries for 54 yards and two touchdowns.

Luke Butcher caught 5 passes for 107 yards and scored once for the Warriors (1-8), while Brenden Wells had 9 carries for 37 yards and also scored.

Dravon Henry had two touchdowns to lead the Quips (8-0) to the 2010 Sectional Title. Henry rushed 7 times for 62 yards in the game, and scored from 23 yards out and 3 yards out.

Ben Cobb and Darius Walker also scored for Aliquippa.

John Beatty and Woody Collins each scored for the Warriors in the fourth.
